Selling in-game items for real-life compensation requires owner approval and must be facilitated by a Head Admin or an admin approved by management. Custom vehicles may only be sold for real-life money and ownership transfer is retained by Head Admin until payment confirmation.
Donations are non-refundable. Chargebacks will be disputed and may lead to permanent bans. Donations are considered gifts; any in-game items provided are gifts and do not constitute purchases.
Modding, hacking or cheating of any kind will result in a permanent ban. Visual/audio mods that do not provide advantage are permitted.
Server bugs must be reported on the forums. Exploiting bugs for advantage will result in punishments, asset removal, and possible bans. Failure to report exploiters may result in punishment.
Releasing personal information or threatening to do so is a permanent-ban offense. Out-of-character harassment is prohibited.
Cyber attacks against Limitless Roleplay or community members will result in removal and permanent bans from services.
Players must have a working microphone and speak English in-roleplay. Racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise offensive language is prohibited and may result in bans.
Players are required to remain in-character during active RP. Break character only when absolutely necessary and use /newb for OOC questions.
Using OOC information in RP is prohibited. Do not share outside-communication info into roleplay. Using camera view for vision is acceptable.
Forceful or unrealistic roleplay that denies others agency is prohibited.
ERP is allowed only with documented consent from all involved parties and witnesses prior to the scene.
FailRP is prohibited; players must value their character's life and avoid unrealistic actions.
Disconnecting to avoid in-character consequences (jail, active shootouts, chases, robberies) is prohibited. Players who crash during RP should rejoin and attempt to resume.
Hitman is a whitelisted job; hits require administrative approval in OOC (Discord) and are valid for 72 hours. Minimum hit price is $10,000. The hitman must provide evidence of the contract and notify staff and the victim on completion.
Weapons use during violent RP must follow scenario-specific rules (limits on sniper use in gas station robberies, limits on outside participants, hostage counts, and timings between major crimes).
Killing or harming another player without proper roleplay reason is RDM and is prohibited.
Using a vehicle to injure/kill without proper roleplay reason is prohibited except in legitimate self-defense situations within specified constraints.
Victims must be given reasonable time to comply. You cannot rob the same player within one hour. Maximum scammed amount is $5,000 within 24 hours. Victims cannot be forced to withdraw money from ATMs or sell assets not present.
Hostage scenarios require genuine player participation and reasonable response windows. NPCs do not count as hostages. Minimum time spacing between hostage/kidnap incidents against the same victim is one hour.
Advertising other FiveM communities on server resources (forums, Discord, in-game) is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.
Character names must be realistic, use standard English keyboard characters, not impersonate other community members or real people without consent, and must not contain racist or vulgar language.
Characters must be unique and may not be default GTA peds unless approved by staff. Custom license plates must not contain racist or offensive content.
Macros that automate actions via third-party software or hardware are prohibited. Key bindings for convenience (typing messages/commands) are allowed.
Failure to report known violations (ban evasion, cyber attacks, false reports, etc.) may result in punishment.
Moderators and administrators may pause, void, or intervene in RP scenarios. Staff decisions should be respected, and staff may be reported if abusing power.
English is required for chat; offensive language is prohibited. /newb is for OOC roleplay questions only. /me is for IC roleplay only.
Using external comms (Discord, etc.) during active RP is prohibited and considered meta-gaming unless explicitly allowed for IC reasons.
NLR applies when a character is permanently killed. New characters must not remember prior character events. Revived characters via EMS or respawn may continue play; initiating violent RP against responsible players is restricted for one hour.
Unrealistic or poor-quality actions (e.g. cop-baiting without cause, mercy killing) are non-roleplay and may be punished.
Players must display fear RP when in immediate danger and comply with attackers where appropriate. Do not reach for weapons when in immediate danger.
Designated safe zones (hospitals, casinos, admin sit areas) where violent RP is prohibited.
Evidence may be collected via video/screenshot only if the character has a plausible in-character method to capture it (bodycam, phone). Claiming unseen cameras is not valid evidence.
During peacetime violent RP is not allowed (killing, kidnapping, robberies). Routine law enforcement actions (traffic tickets) still apply.
Certain jobs (Police/LEO, EMS, Mechanics) have protections: e.g., you cannot take hostages, mug, or steal work vehicles unless minimum staffing requirements are met or permission is granted.
KOS is permitted in limited situations (e.g., within 10 minutes of a prior scene where the character survived) and for specified violent jobs. Check section 7.2 for details.
Steam names cannot use emojis, URLs, non-English characters, advertising, or impersonate staff or other users.
Players should report rule violations via /report or on the forums. Most bans may be appealed on the forums except for community bans for cyber threats/harassment.
RP scenarios can be paused by mutual agreement or by staff intervention for investigations. Players who crash should attempt to rejoin and resume RP where possible.
Players must be able to communicate in English for roleplay and general interactions.
